| Magazia is a small, poor village. Many of the young have fled to cities or out of the country. Many of those remaining are the elderly and widows. Village life is long, hard work, from dawn to dusk, working in the fields, caring for farm animals (if they can afford to own them) and doing everything possible to survive. There is no retirement for the elderly living in villages |
